The attendee list is accessible for all meeting attendees, including industry representatives. As a meeting attendee, you can choose which personal details to share with other delegates in the meeting app. Active attendee badges will contain a barcode/QR code, which will act as an electronic business card, enabling visitors to leave their name and contact details for exhibitors quickly and easily. Attendees should be aware that by presenting the barcode on the name badge for scanning at the exhibition the following data will be shared: first name(s), last name(s), organization, country, and email address.
